What is the best way to prepare our products for PVD coating,our products are made from Brass CZ122 Forging Brass and CZ121 Brass Bar bearing in mind we send it through our plating department and prepare it with copper plate and then electroless nickle and satin nickle with various washing and swilling processes, then the final process is to dry off in an oven.
The problem is after PVD coating there are flaws in the finish its as though the PVD process is drawing something out of the brass.
